6,000 calorie diet?...
I am 6'1" 195 and would like to be a lean 205. Should I increase my cal. intake to 6,000 a day? If so, how many carbs?

Unless you are on insane amounts of gear, you're going to get very fat from that many calories at your weight.
How old are you? Years of training? Etc.

I'd like to see a diet that adds up to 6000 cals...out of curiosity.

Crap it is.
Printed out my diet? Hmmmm, I don't have "1" diet, so I take it you printed out a suggestion from another thread?
In any event, hope it helps!

By many I meant customized programs. They only apply to the people for which I construct them, so they are useless to anyone else.

Feel free to contact me on "my turf" (message board, lol), or in e-mail ([email protected]) as I don't like to affiliate what I do w/the help that I provide here. AKA, I don't intentionally conduct business related matters on AR bandwidth. Just common courtesy on my part, and as Resident Diet Guru, it's the correct thing to do.
I thank you!
