    Clean Carbs

    I plan on cutting pretty soon. I want to eat a lot of clean meat so I can keep up the protein but I don't want to slip into ketosis. what is some clean sources of carbs?

    Clean meat is important, dirty meat sucks!

    Yams/oats/rice/etc. are carb sources, however it's very hard to just "slip" into ketosis, as you'd need a 70% fat, 30% protein diet to accomplish this.
