Unless you are on insane amounts of gear, you're going to get very fat from that many calories at your weight.
How old are you? Years of training? Etc.

I'd like to see a diet that adds up to 6000 cals...out of curiosity.
26 years old. Been training for 5 years, however last 12 months have been much more intense. I am stacking enanthate and deca and am trying to build as much mass as possible for the next 8 weeks. Afterwards, will lean down. I printed your diet for leaning out earlier. What would you recommend for gaining mass?Quote:
