around 1/2 an hour. get those pre training aminos.

Why might one utilize a "pre"-workout shake? For bulking I presume?
Make sure that the shake you take in is a slow digesting one.
i.e casienate, time release, etc...
There really is no such thing as time released protein it is just a sales pitch, But the principle behind pre training shakes/aminos is nothing different than comparing it to driving your car without oil, if you drive without oil then the rest of your engine starts to break down and can damage the engine that you try to make look and run smoothly.
