Hey, in my bulking diet i consume 110 grams of carbs split in 2 of my 4 meals and 250 g of carbs split into 2 meals PWO, one in liquid form and the other in solid. Now, when i start to cut how much carbs should i cut out? Right now, i am consuming 310 g of protein, 350 of carbs and 30 g of fat on training days and 320g of protein, 130g of carbs, and 42 g of fat on off days.
