hey guys as some of you know im cutting right now.. i do cardio in the am 5-6 days a week and weights in the pm 4 times a week.. well my question is this im thinking of picking up a ju jitsu class for about 1.5 hours 2 times a week in the pm (taken in the non weight days) but my question is do you think doing cardio/conditioning at like 8 pm would be too much for my body? since im going to be doing am cardio or it shouldnt matter?
