    Cutting + Martial Arts in the PM

    hey guys as some of you know im cutting right now.. i do cardio in the am 5-6 days a week and weights in the pm 4 times a week.. well my question is this im thinking of picking up a ju jitsu class for about 1.5 hours 2 times a week in the pm (taken in the non weight days) but my question is do you think doing cardio/conditioning at like 8 pm would be too much for my body? since im going to be doing am cardio or it shouldnt matter?

    It shouldn't. But you would need to do 2 things: eat a little more to compensate for the extra exercise; or two, do it with a day you have cardio and cut back cardio to compensate for the extra exercise. I have been taking jeet kune do now for about 5 years. Martial Arts can give you a hell of a workout. Just my .02 cents on what I'd do.

    thenx for your imput but i dont think the cardio would interfare with my martial arts, as they are apart by at lease 10 hours.... the only thing that worries me that i would go to bed about 1 to 1.5 hours post the martial arts training.. so i wanted to know if it would be catabolic since i most likely wouldn have enougth time to eat like 1 meal and a shake.. so please comment thenx
