Be carful vinh
When I worked up your deit, I included the formulas ect for you needed to detemine what precentages of each nutirional nutrient you needed. ( Protien, fat, ect) Be careful. Increaseing your calories is cool, but you need them in the proper balance. Just any type of calories will not do. Take a look back at your diet, look for the substance, not what is just easy to fix. You'll hit yor goals much faster that way.

Try to cook what you can in bulk. Time is an issue for everyone. I hard boil eggs two dozen at a time. Rice is easy, boil it and let it sit. Plain pasta, baked potato, tuna, etc...
The only thing I cook daily would be chicken, fish, steak, etc.. If they have the George Forman grills where you are, I would suggest you pick one up. Quick, easy, and not hard to clean up after.
heh mad ideal, thanks! you reckon i could cook chicken steak and leave in fridnge for 2-3 days?

Hershey bars, coke, potato chips, fitos, peperoni pizza. Lots of calories in all of 'em.
