    Generic or Name Brand

today I went to a different grocery store and instead of getting star kist tuna for like 1.25 a pop or something like that, I got some other brand that was like 25 cents for the same size, and had the exact came nutritional value and serving size. So does brand really matter? but that cheap AS* lid was hard as hell to open.

yes, brand matters. ever catch a tuna fish from the sea ? some are labeled Starkist and some are labeled No Name Brand. look for the tags behind the right gill.

no, brand doesn't matter. tuna in a can is tuna in a can. where does it all come from ? the tuna fish from the sea.

Some tend to have more "parts" in them than others.

What those parts are, no one knows, but they don't look right in there.

I was doing that for a while too cause it was such a good deal. It was the chunk light. I switched to the solid white at $1.29/can cause it tastes so much beeter. I believe it yields more food too, but I may be rationalizing the higher expense.
