Whole Brown Rice vs Uncle ben's

The only difference I could find was that whole grain had about 10 grams of carbs per serving than the Uncle bens quick brown rice.

Trying to get some more input...... any more ideas?

I usually get Uncle's ben's long grain brown rice. It takes about 30mins to make about 4 cups but usually its enough to get me throughout the week.

Wouldn't be comparing the packages be sufficient?

i stick to the white rice tastes the best to me and its nutrician values are practicly the same as other types of rice.

no, in order to properly compare foods you need to take into consideration the gi values. Lb. vs. lb., brown rice is know to cause less of an insulin spike than white rice.
