Wendy's
Hi all
before you dismiss this as a ridiculous question, check it out.
What do you guys/gals think about a plain baked potato, Chili, and a side salad from Wendy's?
Not sure of the exact nutritional facts, but I think it's pretty good.
Cheap as hell too

A white potato is a very high GI food, with absolutely no protein. (perhaps 2 grams of incomplete carbs) The rest of the meal does little to fill protein requirements as well. It's basically just a high gi carb meal that won't promote fat loss, nor encourage anabolism and muscular growth through adequate amino acid pool supplementation.
Now, potatoes and chicken breast as a solid post-workout meal including R-ALA, Biotin, and V.S., well, that's ideal. High gi foods pwo are a very good idea, and you also want to keep fat low/null in such meals. So, white potatoes are not really "bad", but they are bad OR good dependent upon WHEN/WHY/WITH WHAT you consume them.

I know that potatos have about 31g of simple carbs per cup so an averge potato would probably be about 45g, right?
