rice question
I know brown rice and yams are the main choices for daily carbs. I was just wondering if its ok to add green onions, mushroom and soya sauce to the brown rice. My diet is based on this thread http://anabolicreview.com/vbulletin/...ad.php?t=75729.
also do you guys have any suggestions on how to make the morning oatmeal a little less bland.

Yeah, you can add all those things, they are good ideas.
Morning oatmeal can be spruced up by adding some sugar free jam and/or sugar free syrup or sweetener.
