20 sets of anything for that matter?
Forget the diet, I think you need to start here.

This system has made very good strength gains for me in the last few months. I always did the standard 12 sets it worked. But I have made more strength gains faster with the higher volume. I no its not for everyone but this system has been working well for me.

Not flaming you bro, not at all, to each his own.......
I just don't see how in the heck you can actually DO 20 sets of biceps. I don't have time, I have to actually take $hits, eat, shave every 2nd day, work, etc.
My wife would accuse me of cheating on her with that much gym-time.........
"Honey, I've been seeing the dumb-bell rack again!"
Any bodypart actually, but especially biceps.....do you bruise horribly the next day? I would suspect you'd have extreme DOMS in those areas. I'm being serious as well when I say this, because the manner in which I train biceps will not physically enable me to do more than 5-6 sets. 20 would have my arms amputated.
Curl on bro!

I've just recently started takin a serious look at my diet...the one thing I learned about myself that I see in yours is the inconsistency. Some of your meals (not including pre and post wo) are pretty small and some are pretty large. Everything I read and everything people tell me is to try to keep your meals pretty consistent. It makes sense to me that your body would make better use of your nutrition that way.

Nice point! The only meals that would/should be larger than the rest would be pwo, when you can naturally utilize more nutrients that contribute to a better appearance.

Nice point indeed. Maybe I have misrepresented 20 sets. I do 4-5 execises 4-5 sets each. I am in the gym including cardio about 100 mins. Right now I do 30 min at 70% of my hr max.
