Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys could critque my diet and tell me if I need to change anything.Here are my stats:
6'1"
202 lbs.
13.5% bodyfat
This is the cycle I am planning:
WEEKS 1-5
D-BOL (TTOKKYO) @40mg ED
TEST CYP. (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
EQUIPOSE (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
WEEKS 6-21

By the way this is my 3rd cycle, Injured myself in the middle of cycle #2. Have been back in the gym for 4 months now all natural, that is the reason for the low weight and low b.f.

With all that gear for that duration, it's hard to tell ya what you're gonna have to change and when, because ultimately you'll have to at one point or another.
