Hey Swole.... question of the Universe
Well not really but why is it on leg day if I have a small portion of oats before my work-out I feel less prone to vomit?

I'm guessing because you have a slow burning carb that prevents you from becoming a bit hypo perhaps, if you are hitting it that hard where you'd otherwise want to vomit. Quite the opposite for me, especially leg day, I want nothing in me solid too close to workout time.
