    What Is Everyones Take On The Atkins Diet???

    I was thinking about getting on atkins for dropping BF and wanted to knwo what you guys thought??????? I'm 23 yrs old, 5'9", about 210...I need to loose about 15-20 pounds of fat.......not too worried about gaining or losing muscle, just mainly want to lose fay. Is the atkins what I need? Thanks bro's!!

    just search out the diets outlined by rambo, and swolecat in this forum, more bang for your buck than atkins, and that atkins guy was never as RIPPED as swole, was he !

    TOUCHE!!!!!!!! If I were you, this would be my #1 concern!

    Muscle burns fat, you cannot do Atkins forever (you can, but it's a bummer way to have to live), and if you lose muscle while on Atkins or any "diet" for that matter, once you resume "normal" eating again you now have LESS lean muscle mass to burn fat/calories over the course of the day.

    Quite simply, you then blow up again like the World Trade Center.
