    sweet potatoes

    im dieting for a show and would like to know how many carbs in an average sweet potato(i think you guys call them yams) also how long out from a show do you cut out using flax oil with your meals or do you take it all the way through

    Check www.nutritiondata.com - search under yam, since sweet potatoes only brings up results for baby food...

    Flax oil and fats (except for perhaps some MCT oil) go out when the carb load/water depletion begins.
