what do yea think knew revised meal plan...
Cardio 40 mins in AM
Meal 1 4 Egg whites 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 2 Tuna with mayo
Meal 3 Steak only
Meal 4 pwo shake with dextrose.
Meal 5 chiken with white rice.
Meal 6 2 grilled chikens with melted cheese for a fat.
Let me know if this is good please or any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.
Meals go alternate depending on work scheduel as it does affect when i workout

Looks good!
Add some brocolli or fibrous vegetable to your meal 3 with the steak. Flesh and roughage is a good combo..........animal in nature.
Incidently, we can learn a lot about eating from what animals eat. Look at how muscular wild animals such as cheetahs, deer, lions, bobcats, lions, etc. are. They are carnivores who eat meat and vegetation. They don't eat donuts, rice, pasta, bread, etc.
