Can anyone sum up the role of good fats in nutrition and why the are so crucial to cutting diets?
I have read numerous posts and articles on the subject but it seems to be just a brain cloud with no real direction. (Always new studies refuting the old.)
Here is what I think I know:
1. Main energy source in a restricted carbohydrate diet.
2. Help you release adipose tissue more readily.
3. Increases HDL's and reduces LDL's in blood (cholesterol)
4. ???

U nailed them...........good for skin, natural testosterone production and support, fingernails, energy, etc.
