Final Diet Prep Please Critigue
6'0 225
Goal 205 and keep muscle mass
Supps I will be consuming
Glutamine
Rla
Biotin
dymintane xtreme
multi vitamins
protein powder
Cardio 4:30 a.m.
Meal 1: 6:30 a.m
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tsp flax
Meal 2: 9:30a.m.
Protein shake MyoPlex Lite w/water
8oz grilled chicken
Meal 3: 12:30 p.m.
8oz. grilled chicken
1 cup steamed broccoli
Workout between 2&3
Meal 4: 3:30pm
Protein shake
Meal 5:
1 cup green beans
8oz lean steak or chicken breast
1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
is thbis good bad should i make any changes

Sounds like your last meal is going to be at like 7:30. And then at 6:30 the next day. Thats almost 12 hours without food maybe push it back to right before u go to bed. Jmo

sorry maybe you go to bed at like 8 or 9 i didnt take that into account. seeing u do cardio at 4:30 AM ikes hehe
