Worstershire Sauce
I thought about throwing in some worchershire sauce to give my tuna a little more flavor than that dry taste. What do you guys think? I tried hot sauce today and it worked great.

Never tryed Worchershire sauce, what does the label say on how much sugar and fat and all the jazz on there. I have never really looked.
I seem to keep making it by with either mustard or hot salsa on my tuna. Haven't gotten sick of it yet!!

The only thing that it contains is some sodium, not for sure how much. It also says it is not a good source of calories or something like that.

When they say not a good source of calories are they meaning it doesn't have any or are they saying for the little amount that you put on I can't believe how many bad calories there are.
As for as the sodium...what is the amount be serving?

Worcester sauce is basically soy sauce with a different flavoring. Most are essentially sugar free and high in sodium, something like 300-500 mg per Tbsp. They do a good job of sprucing up foods, if you don't mind the bloat.

I tried it and it did not help much at all. Stick with the more "saucy" flavorings for tune. If it is too liquidy (is that a word?), it does not seem to affect the taste enough for me to go through the trouble.
I mostly nut up and just eat the stuff plain. Having a glass of water handy helps.
