My bulking but need to save money diet
Tell me what you think. I only have about $20 a day to spend on food so keep that in mind.
Breakfast 9:00 5 egg omlett with cheese and 2 cups of oatmeal and a glass of milk.
Post workout 12:00 n-large II
Before dinner meal 4:00 2 cups of rice.
All you can eat steak at golden coral for 8.99 at 6:00 i stay there for about an hour.
after dinner 9:00 MRP with a few glasses of milk.
I can't do much better $20 a day is about $140 a week. You'd think i could get more food in there but i go to the store and look at chicken breast and they are like 7.00 for 4.
Tell me what you think

Tuna, Whole chickens, Pro-rated protein, are all good protein sources that are cheap. Where is the protein in your 4:00meal? I also buy three pounds of frozen chicken breast for $9 or less. Personally, I would skip the golden coral and eat some steak and potatos at home.

Nope, i looked at kroger. For how much steak i eat at golden coral it would cost me $25+ to buy it at the store and cook it. Unless i went with some cheap ass chuck steak that is loaded with fat.

I eat about 5lbs of steak when i'm there. It's sirloin with the fat cutt off. That would cost a lot of money to buy.

Christ! 5lbs of steak in one meal? I guess you could not get that price at a grocery store. My question is this...why do you want to gorge yourself so much in one meal? You will have more food than your body can process, and definitely a lot of it going to fat. You should post your stats and goals so we can truly give you some good advice. I spend no where near $20 each day in food, and I don't think too many guys here do either.

I say:
PLUS: You can add one of those "cheap ass chuck steak that is loaded with fat." - 1lb $2.25
Total= $9.63. You still have money left over for a movie = $10.25 total $19.88. If you bank the extra 12 cents you can deposit it in the bank and watch your money grow.

yeah, it is okay..........of course, you have to eat the right amount per meal as with any food source, so you'll have to keep that in mind.
I eat beef/steak like there is no manana........meat and vegetation, just like animals!!
