    Cardio q's

    Is 65-70% heart rate in cardio something like a fast paced walk or would it be jogging? stupid question I know, just courious.

    i usually get to that heart rate walking at 3.7-4.0 mph on a 10-12% incline..or on a bike at 90 RPMs at level 4...5'9 190 11%fat

    it should be a fast pace walk not running/jogging and to get your HR its 220-age=? then take ? multiplie it by .7 and thats your 70% heart rate for me it would be 220 - 19 = 201 201 x .7 = 140... simple
