What kind of protien bar
Whats up guys. I just got my new schedule for college this semester and its killer. Looks like i'm gonna need a ****load of protien bars to eat between classes. I was looking at the Chef Jay's bars but got the bad news with the nutrition info being way off. Just wondering what everyone suggests for a good quality protien bar that can replace a meal or at least supplement in a big way. By the way i am bulking if that matters at all. Thanks guys

i got a ****ed up schedual too man.. i just take protein powder in 2 ziplocks get a bottle of water and mix them with a mixer cup.. and drink them in class or outside..

I prefer making protein shakes, the bars don't actually have all of the nutrients in them they say they do. Just buy a protein powder you like, preferably one with casein, a shaker/bottle, and a funnel, and you're set.

Muscle Milk bars are excellent, so is the Odyssey, and even these cheap looking Premier Protein bars from Price club- only 5 net carbs per bar. Not bad for about a dollar a piece.

thanks for the advise guys--i cant do protein because without chocolate protien and milk i cant hold it down. I've tried every flavor with water but it makes me sick. I've even funneled it down a beer funnel--NOT A GOOD IDEA.
Anyways- Rambo-- when you say excellent do you mean taste too?

Yes, Odyssey bars are sinfully delicious.

I just bought 2 boxes of U-Turn bars from bodybuilding.com - used to be $12.99/box of 12, I think they bumped it to $16.99. But 30gs! Booyah grandma.
I eat them in my night classes, with a coffee believe it or not. People think I'm gross. I tell them wait till u smell my protein farts.
