After about a week or so of my cutting diet, I am allowed one cheat day a week right or one cheat meal, or help boost the matabolism?
Personally the first month I try not to cheat at all. Then after that I stick with one cheat meal a week. I usually save it for Saturday night or a big ass breakfast Sunday morning. And then like the first couple of weeks the last couple I do my best to keep it clean. This is where you will need some self disapline.
Try and give it at least 2, maybe 3 weeks in before you cheat. Let your body adjust to the weight loss first.
