    sources for fat.

For my 3rd meal of the day i was thinking about having grilled chiken with bacon. Its usually the meal right before i workout? its a good source of protien and has fats. i know you need fat in your diet in order to replace the carbs so is this a good source for a fat? thanks

well bacon has fat...no arguement there...personally though the quality of the fat in it is not so good(high saturated)....if i were you i would go with Almonds, walnuts or flax and olive oils....the other night i had a chicken breast with a pecan crust on it...tasted almost like breaded fried chicken..**** good and **** easy to make.
