Can I ?
i don't have time to go to gym twice a day for cardio and lifting... so..
if i go to gym first in the morning, do my 40 min cardio, then take a shake with protein and simple sugars (ernergy for lifting, Taken with R-ala) and protein (wait 15 min), then lift and take my PWO.
or what will be best solution for me ?
is this will be ideal for fat lost or not ?
right now i go in the middle of the day, i do liftting + cardio + PWO (bad)
also i have 2 or 3 questions...
Sometimes can i take beer instead of a cheatmeal (Taken with R-ala) ?
Is Small grean peas are good veggies?

well you could do what i did. Get a cheap ass tredmil and put it in your basement and do it in the mourning

jf not to sound like an asshole.. but when i used to live on campus and had a 8 am class and the gym opens at 8.. i would get my sweats on and run around campus.. to regulate your heart rate get a cheap wrist watch that mointors HR.. its possible bro you just have to make it happen..

Not ideal at all.
1) Working out AFTER cardio is not only draining, it fries your CNS leading to over-training.
2) You'll lose no fat immediately chowing down sugars "for the energy" to workout. Raise that slin and the lipolysis stops cold turkey.
3) That "energy" from the shake will last all of about 10 minutes, then you'll be half dead in lethargy from all the cardio and having your blood sugar plummet with the sugar and physical exertion after.
Grean peas suck as a veggie source. Brocolli, zuchinni, cabbage, brussel sprouts, and green beans are good.
Beer? Well, I don't even have to speak on that one.

The beer thing is reasonable. I indulge in a few light "pops" a week and it doesn't seem too harmful. (Swole will even indulge in black russians from time to time, if memory serves me.)
As for training, all I have ever heard is training after cardio is sacrelige. Too much Cortisol production no matter how you make up for it with nutrition.
I don't know what your goals are but if you want weights and cardio... what about circuit training? This seems like it may be efficient for your needs.(Since seperation of the 2 is impossible for your timeline.)

Replacing a meal w/beer though is what I was actually addressing.

Hehe, what i mean is, sarturday is suposed to be my cheat day, if i don't cheat with food all day long, is it that much bad to take a couple of beer on saturday night...? (Taken with R-ALA )

J-F, what I think you are asking is a question I've been trying to find research on for quite some time. Obviously, you NEVER do cardio before a workout, but as to doing it after, and whether to take your shake before or after you hit cardio is the question I want an answer to.
ON one hand, you miss your anabolic window by doing cardio after a workout, and taking the shake after.
ON the other hand, taking the shake right after the workout, then doing cardio results in your body using the nutrients you just put in it, as opposed to burning fat.
Welp, F'd if you do, F'd if you don't. Just try and space out your cardio and weights...

A couple of beers isn't going to hurt you that much, provided you are really handling your business the other 6 days of the week. If you are, then cool.

Instead of that 40 min cardio, try high intesnity interval training immediately after your weight training. Wait 20-30 mins then have a shake. Not perfect but better.
