Carb Up Days??
Fellas,
Im taking in around 125 grams of carbs per day. Is it NECESSARY to have carb up day (not a cheat-day) to keep the metabolism up? Wouldnt cardio, weights, and the fact that Im taking T3, Clen/ECY, etc. be enough to keep it up there? I would like to avoid it if possible.

Necessary, maybe not for your cutting goals, but i do believe it helps to trick your body a little bit so you dont get accoustomed to your diet so maybe it is necessary from time to time. If you dont want to do it weekly try bi-weekly. also for purposes of sanity you may want to consider doing it as well.
