    tentative mass building diet for critique

    This is what I have been using for the last week. need input from the bro's please.

    07:00:00 am
    5 egg whites w/ 1 yolk
    2 small whole wheat tortillas (no hydrogenated oils), ¼ cup fat free cheddar, salsa
    1 english muffin w/ 1Tbl natural peanut butter and 1 Tbl honey
    23 gm whey

    09:30:00 am
    1 can tuna
    23 gm whey

    12:30:00 pm
    2 chicken breasts or 10 pieces of salmon/tuna sushi
    23 gm whey

    03:00:00 pm
    1 can tuna

    06:00:00 pm
    1 english muffin w/ 1Tbl natural peanut butter and 1 Tbl honey
    23 gm whey

    6:45 – 7:45 pm
    Workout

    08:00:00 pm
    200 gm steak (sirloin)
    1 cup nonfat yogurt
    23 gm whey w/ 1Tbl honey
    1Tbl Flax seed oil

    09:30:00 pm
    23 gm whey

    That looks more like a cutting diet to me.If you want to "be big as hell" try eating some carbs.

    at your size, you need alot more protein then what you have here if you want to get Big As Hell try taking in 475-500g of protein. and you dont need to take in whey protein with each meal, have the whey isolate w/ some flax or natural PB at meals 2 & 4 and post workout, but PWO just have whey isolate w/ dextrose w/no fats followed by another lean protein&carb meal w/ no fats an hour later.

    If you have 7 meals a day try to take in 70-75g of protein with each meal that would put you in the 500g range.

    try eating more frequently like every 1.5-2 hours

    Carbs are not going to make you "big as hell", however if you add those looking for muscular size, you will get fat as hell.

    P.S. Your post-workout meals need A LOT of attention. Scour the numerous posts here about this issue.

    I'd cut out all the breads bro, add oatmeal at 1cup, and add yams and potatoes.
