How long do you guys wait to train with weights after doing cardio in the am? I hit the cardio around 8 am so if I wanted to lift at 12 noon would that be too soon? Should I wait until like 5pm? Thanks!

well that isnt that bad.. i would wait longer on leg days tho.. just me..

from what i gather as long as you wait at least an hour or two you are fine....however like elliot says on leg days that may be a different story.

I thought it takes quite a bit longer than 2hr for cortisol levels to go down enough to weight train efficiently. I've read that 8hr is an ideal time lapse.
