how much percentage?
do all u guys here calculate ur food macro percentage when bulking? like 40p,40c,20f? or do u jus calculate ur carbs and proteins...and let the fats fill in by themselves frm chicken,beef and stuff? if u do calculate ur fats, wouldnt the extra fats frm poultry,eggs or milk affect anything?

My protein always stays the same.
My carbs and fats go up or down, dependent on my current goals.

i personalli dun pay much attention to my fats when bulking..i onli count my carbs and proteins..carbs are 1.5-2g per pound of bodyweight and prot at 1.5-2g also..jus let the fats fill in by themsleves..
