    It yields 1/4 cup of cooked rice. But the little "ricies" get all puffy and ****. So it's bigger.

    since rice gets puffy when cooked, i want to know how much a 1/4 cup of uncooked rice would yield cooked and puffy rice. I need to get my PWO meal carb amount correct.

    1/2 cup uncooked rice yields 40 grams of carbs. So 1/4 cup uncooked yields 20 grams.
