    revamped mass diet for critique

    This is my revised mass diet after some good critique from you bro's.
    Any further inout would be highly valued.
    again, my stats are:
    6'4"
    238lbs
    36" waist
    35 years
    want to be big as hell!

    5 egg whites w/ 1 yolk
    1 english muffin w/ 1Tbl natural peanut butter, 1 Tbl honey, ¼ cup oats
    23 gm whey
    1 Tbl. Flax oil

    09:30:00 am
    8oz. Chicken
    23 gm whey

    12:30:00 pm
    8 oz. chicken or 10 pieces of salmon/tuna sushi
    ¼ cup almonds

    03:00:00 pm
    8 oz. chicken
    10 oz. Yam

    04:30:00 pm
    46gm whey

    06:00:00 pm
    200gm steak (sirloin)
    23 gm whey
    1 Tbl. Flax oil
    1 cup nonfat yogurt

    6:45 – 7:45 pm
    Workout

    08:00:00 pm
    60 gm whey
    50 gm dextrose
    5 gm glutamine
    200 mg ALA
    10 gm creatine

    09:30:00 pm
    46gm whey

    sounds great to me but you might want to eat more solid food meals and not drink so many shakes.. everything besides that sounds pretty good..

    Adjust the numbers so you can add carbs to your 9:30 meal. Don't be afraid to have a nice big yam at this time. Take advantage of the 2 hr window of opportunity after your workout. You'll need the carbs to recover which will lead to muscle growth.
