    Cheatin big time...

Well today is my 19th b-day...

Man did I ever just cheat. I ate healthy cheat foot all day, like yogurt etc.

But then I went into my b-day cake from my little party last night where I refrained from eating the cake. There was half a cake left, well lets put it this way, now there is a half of a half. lol

I think I am going to go get on the treadmill for an hour lol

I hope this won't be too big of a set back.

    haha

happens to the best of us sometimes, get a little carried away at times.

dont let it set you back. you have to look at the whole picture, not just a little flaw

I don't even need to mention my experience with Chinese food this weekend. Trust me, it's not pretty.

    HAHA...

well I feel even fatter now. I went to the gym, had my post work out shake, then went out to dinner for my b-day. I just ate a 10oz new york steak, with potatoes and 3 pieces of bread. Then to top it off, they brought me a small piece of cheese cake since it was my b-day.

I probably gained 5 pounds today haha.

No more cheating for me though, tomorrow starts week 2 of pain

One all-out cheat day a week is not gonna hurt you bro.

While I was running Swolegenix I ate anything and everything one day a week and lost 50 pounds in 4 months (and got bigger/stronger too.)

You know what's funny.... I ate a **** load of food yesterday... and I mean a **** load of sugar and carbs etc...

and I didn't seem to gain that much weight. Maybe a pound by this morning. It seemed to kind of go right through me. I guess one cheat day every so often won't hurt too bad
