    longer am cardio beneficial?

    would doing cardio for 1hr at 60-70% heart rate be more beneficial for fat loss? or is that to long?

    first time in 23 days i had 2 cheat meals and i kinda wanna burn as much as i can off lol

    I think 45 min is enough IMO. Not sure if the xtra 15 would be too much beneficial. Probably would'nt hurt, but you don't want to get burned out.

    Funny how you go from being a HIIT advocate 4 days ago and being set in your ways, to now wanting to increase the 45 minutes low-medium fat burning cardio to an hour.

    I suppose you came to the realization that people here actually know wtf they are talking about?

    swolecat, i am a very open minded person and i am willing to try new things! it never hurts to give some things a shot vs just saying they suck

    Swole, so what is your take on upping the cardio to 60min? Counterproductive? Depends on the individual I suppose...and their recuperative abilities and so on.

    I'd do 45 for a few weeks and let the body get used to that. After progress slows, you may wish to look over the diet again, and then add the extra 15 mins as a kickstart once again. Too much too fast actually works against you.
