Need Help with My new Diet
Hey i'm going to start a new Bulking Diet ,i need some suggestons on what i might want to add or take out.
meal1-Oatmeal,Muffin[ham and low fat cheese]
meal2-Protein shake,yogurt,Banana
meal3-2 chicken salad sandwiches,brown rice
meal4-Pre Workout,Oatmeal
meal5-Post Workout,protein shake,Banana
meal6-Dinner,Steak,Salad,Potatoes,vegies
meal7-Before Bed,Low fat ice cream,Protein shake.

Meal 1 - add 8 egg whites, you need protein
Meal 3 - 2 whole chicken breasts would be better here
Meal 5 - think about adding dextrose to your pwo shake
Meal 7 - I believe cottage cheese or flax oil with you shake would also work here.
Just my opinions, maybe someone else has some ideas too.

Impossible to tell you what to add/take out.
No height/weight/experience/supps/routine/etc. listed.
So, it looks great.......no wait, it looks horrid........well, horrid great in a greatly horrid type way.
