What to do if I miss my am CARDIO?

I missed my am cardio this morning because my grandfather went into the hospital last night and it doesn't look good for him. I was up til about 2:30 in the morning and had to be up at 6 for work. This caused me to miss my am cardio.
Now, I'm planning on doing it early this afternoon after my lifting session. My question is:
-How do I adjust my diet now?
I'm not eating a breakfast, but I am going to have to small protein meals at 10 and 12 (workout at 1).
    Is this appropriate?
    Thanks bros!

OMG. You are gonna gain 10 pounds. You should NEVER miss a workout. That will throw the planet out of alignment and all your progress will be thrown out the door.

I cant answer this question without a remark that would get me banned from the board. I will let others do it for me.

Missing one day of cardio won't hurt bro...just resume with the program as normal.

    Ok.
I asked what would be the best thing to do DIET WISE!!! I realize this isn't a HUGE issue, and I did state that I would be doing my cardio in the afternoon in stead...just wanted to know if/how you change your diet around it.
How's the reading comprehension coming along?

Don't change a thing, its only one day bro.

For example, if you undereat one meal, well then you fukked up that meal. If you go ahead and overeat the next meal, well now you've messed up 2 meals. Got it?

Since i'm older than most here. I know through experience that when I've missed sessions be it Cardio or lifting its always best to just resume your normal schedule as quickly as possible. Its so much easier ot remember and ya don't have to think about it. Just do it.

    Thanks bros.

I asked because I've been hell-bent on doing this cutting thing correctly. I DID resume my usual meal times as well as macronutrient ratios...Thanks again.

one thing i do if i wake up late is eat every 2.5 or 2 hours instead of every 3..that usually keeps my diet on track and allows a long enough period of time to digest.
