    Lightbulb Salads

    Are salads ok to eat twice daiy while cutting? I use nin fat dressing and add grilled chicken breast.

    That is a good meal. Watch the sugars in those dressings though. Balsalmic vineagar adds some flavor without any calories from sugars.
