Thread: Healthy BP

I know that most of us eat similarly when we are cutting. I utilize tons of sodium, ephedra, and caffeine. (and eat plenty of fat) I got my Blood Pressure tested today (early AM just after a protein shake), it was 114/68. Does this seem consistent with the rest of you?
