My diet is like this
Im gonna be around 2500kcal now in the begining(is that to much?, was around 1900 kcal last spring and it worked great at first then I guess it put me into starvation mode)and drop it if I dont drop atleast 2 pounds to the end of next week.
Im eating above 300g protein every day and sometimes as high as 400, carbs I keep around 100g-200g. The rest of the kcal comes from fat. Fat mostly from lean ground beef.
The lean foods I can afford and that Im gonna live on for the next 6 months is(should I inclue or exclude something?)
Oatmeal
Whole grain rice
Tuna
Cod
Lean ground beef(10% fat)
White beans in tomtato sauce(I do chili with the beans and ground beef alot, is that a bad cutting food?)
Potatoes
Noodles(I have found packs of noodles that only contains 31g carbs on 100g noodles but I dont know if I trust it realy)
Chicken
Pork chops
Whey protein
I usualy take one pig out day every friday and stuff myself with just pure ****, massive ammounts of potato chips, chicken nuggets, ice cream, basicly all thats unhealthy!!but this maby isnt such a good idea :scratch:? Is a pig out day a big no no if wanting to get realy cut? I would say my bf% now is around 18% and I want to drop down to 10% or lower.
This is the cycle Im running
t-3 40-80mcg a day, gonna tweak and play around with the ammount
test enth 1g/week(might drop it later down to 500 or 750 but I seem to respond poorly to test so Im gonna keep it high as long as I can afford it)
50mg winny/day
nolva 20mg/day
Maby slin 5iu post workout twice a week if I can do it without it hampering the diet, this I want comments on!! If I do it then I will restrict my fat to below 15g during that that and only take in carbs at breakfast and a little post workout(20g), 20g during workout and then 50g post workout.
proviron 25mg/Day(gonna include arimidex in the end but cant get it right now, will se if 25mg proviron is enough to keep the estrogen at bay)
Will probably get ahold of clen to and run it 1 week on one week off until I run out of clen.
I will stay on until june so catabolism from the cutting wont be such a big problem.
Anyway the cycle is not what I want comments on, strictly the diet!
I am very carb sensetive and I store fat just looking at pasta, I store most of my fat at the tits and lovehandles so I guess Im estrogen sensitive to.
How should I cycle the carb intake?
should I do one low carb day(below 100g carbs), follwoed by one medium day(100-150g) and then one high(200g)? and the pig out day as a high carb day offcourse, if its not a bad idea to have it. My goal is to drop 2 pounds a week.
Should the low-medium-high periods be longer then one day?
The cardio I will do is 24 minutes on a exercise bike 3-4 days a week after workouts, and 30 minutes total on normal bike to and from university(20minutes to get to university and 10minutes to get home)and probably exercise bike on none workout days to. Dont know how much cardio I should do, how much cardio do you guys do?? I could always skip rope 15-20 minutes before school to if my calves can handle it(sometimes my calves gets realy screwed upp from skiprope)!
