Hey, whenever i'm doen with a meal i think about going to sleep for about 1-2 hours so i can recover. Will the meal i just ate be stored as fat?

no..your body metabolizes food at the same rate no matter what time of day it is....it is your activity level that speeds it up, but if you are in need of nutrients at a particular time your body will use them no matter what you are doing.
Recover from what? From eating or from something else like working out?Quote:

I sleep DURING my meals...sometimes it's hard, but I'm getting huge!
The answer depends on the composition of the meal.
Contrary to popular belief, carbs and protein are not converted to fat at a significant rate in a normal person.
If there is no fat in the meal there will be no fat storage.

Flax is a good type of fat not saturated fat.
Carbs/proteins or ANY macro for that matter, in the form of TOO MUCH per meal, yes will be stored as fat. Have to make that perfectly clear.......
Then you get into the insulin/diabetic situations where very little carbs with protein througout the day can also be stored as fat and screw people up badly, so it's a case by case thing, much like all diets.
Whey protein and flax before bed by itself is of no issue whatsoever.
