Creatine when trying to lose weight
Is this a bad idea, I mean if I wanted to lose weight is it okay to take creatine still, I mean I know u get bloated but would'ent it help to keep some muscle and strength if doing lots of cardio

Glutamine is a better alternative to preserve muscle.

If you eat properly throughout the day and dont over train and do proper cardio then you wont lose muscle while you diet.

when i diet i use creatine and glutamine... really dose help with muscle preservation.. and vtiamins minerals and good diet
