I like all the food your using, It's a clean diet. Everything looks good except I would get more calories in. Your diet has over 800cal on three meals but only 540/410/300
on lunch, dinner and before bed. I would try to get 800-900 cal each meal. You could add cottage cheese, baked potatos Etc. looks good.

Cottage cheese and baked potatos are okay to eat for mass building?

You can basically eat anything and do a "bulk" diet. However, the cleaner you eat and the more you organize your meals to address nullyfying excessive fat gain while promoting a positive nitrogen balance, the better off you are. Very few bulk like mad and never cut, and the more you have to cut, the more chance you have of dieting off new muscle by having to lose excessive bodyfat. "Big as hell" is a great goal, but what type of big and at what expense are ideas you should keep in mind. Just keep an eye on the bodyfat and change your program accordingly.
