    when should i up the calories?

    Hey i started a swole2 diet about a month and a half ago and so far i have gained 8 lbs. Currently i consume 310g protein, 330g carbs and 40-45g of fat on training days. What should i up the macronutrients to?

    I would say whenever your gains/strength start to stall.

    But considering your on someone else's program and paying for a service, you may want to consult them directly.
