iam 5'11" 170lbs around 11%bf and have been traing for like 1 year.
meal 1-3eggs ,oatmeal (i dont realy like eggs so i need help there!!)
meal 2-protein shake 50gs
meal 3-tuna sandwich or a protien bar
meal 4-steak or chicken
meal 5-steak or chicken
meal 6- protien shake
what do u guys think of the diet please help me out thankx alot
