i have been doin some searchin on here and have read some great post and gotten help on what should eat and not eat etc. i am startin a fina/prop/winny cycle and i wanna know how many cals i should be consuming in order to keep muscle and lose fat. i have been doin cardio which is a slow-med walk(3.8 speed) for 45mins 6 days a week and im losin my strenghth! ( not on cycle yet) any suggestions would be great!!
