HELP time 2 GROW!!!!!!!!
Hi my name is chris iam going to start a diet please let me no what you think of it.My goal is to gain as much lean muscle as posible before my b-day in April.How much lean weight do u think i can gain and is this the diet that will help me reach my short term goals thankx

iam 5'11" 170lbs around 11%bf and have been traing for like 1 year.
meal 1-3eggs ,oatmeal (i dont realy like eggs so i need help there!!)
meal 2-protein shake 50gs
meal 3-tuna sandwich or a protien bar
meal 4-steak or chicken
meal 5-steak or chicken
meal 6- protien shake
what do u guys think of the diet please help me out thankx alot

wow i dont even know what to say, so let swole handle this as im sure hes more apt to quickly breaking down diets and fixing them.

i would not be surprised if all that you listed is less than 1500 cals. i would say you would need around 2700-2800 cals a day to gain a pound a week. certainly you can take a little more if your juicing. add more to your diet and then post it. we will critque it then.

ok i understand what your saying and thankx but what can i add to my meals to make them more complet and more carbs/cals taht i need to grow thankx

How dose this look i have made my 5 meals a day total out to this, dose this look good to gain about 1-1.5lbs a week of lean muscle and not alot of fat?Also shoudl i be taking any supps to help me reach my goal thankx alot!
Total cals:2640
Fat: 109g cals 984
Sat: 20g cals 177
Carbs: 127g cals 498

dude you need way more then 2600 cals.. aim for 3500... just my two cents..

cool thankx alot DAMAN1,also when should i take the glut after work out and befor bed?also how many grams per serving ?

No problem. That's kind of a sour subject. Some believe 15g in that 5g when you wake, 5g p.w., and and another 5g before bed. Others believe in 10g a day in that 5g p.w. and 5g before bed. I would say go with the 10g a day plan as you stated above.

ok sounds good now would it be ok to but the glut powder in with my protien shake?or should i take it sepret
