    HIIT or regular cardio

    Maby more suited in the workout forum so plz move it there if it doesnt belong here.

    Just curious what you guys prefeer HIIT(hight intensity intervall training)for a short time like 15-20 minutes/day or regular medium paced cardio for 45minutes-1 hour/day.

    This has been covered like mad already in numerous threads actually in this forum. I'd try a search and see what you come up with. I don't wish to start another debate again over HIIT vs. 65-75% MHR for a 45 min. period.
