So far I went from 262lbs to 265.5lbs.. What the fcuk is goin on??!! MY diet is on point its sick. I have around 340 grams of quality lean protein, 110 grams of unstaurated fat (Coming from flaz, olive oil, fish oil, eggs, etc) and 80 grams of carb per day ONLY post workout! Heres a run down....

    M1 Whey, cottage, eggs, walnuts-70G
M2 2 cans tuna and cottage cheese w/ walnuts and fish oil-70G
M3 2 pieces of chicken w/ veggies and olive oil
M4 (PW) Whey and dextrose/Malto shake
M5 1 hour later some tuna and chicken NO FAT OR CARBS here
M6 Egg and Milk Protein, cottage cheese, eggs, walnuts, fish oil

Its around 2600-2900 cals a day

*I thought maybe I was eating to much cottage cheese but at the end of the day it comes to a lil over a cup total.

AS for cardio 5-6 days a week. I wake up at 7 inject my ****, take my pills, wait 1/2 hour and do 50 minutes w/ my heart jumpin. I started a bit slower but was like fck it when I saw my weight was goin no where. When Im done I wait 30 minutes then consume my 1st meal.

Weight training is goin great! 5 days a wek at 1 1/2 hours a day.

Im eating way below maint. level cals! Cals out verse cals isnt even close. So much for that fckin theory! Im burning like crazy. Yet I still gain weight?????

Im gonna start my T3 cycle on Monday instead of waiting. IM dropping my carbs to 65G PW, and my fat to only 55 grams a day. What else can I do???? I cant wait to add the Tren maybe Ill add on another 5 lbs. Fckn sht is pissing me off!!!!!!!!

If you are going solely by weight, you'll be mis-led.

Realize it's entirely possible you are losing adipose tissue while accruing lean mass at the same time, thus your weight not only won't go down, it'll go up as lean mass weighs more than fat.

i would also say not to weigh yourself everyday, just once a month, if that. i would go solely by how you look in the mirror and fit in your clothes. Swole is absolutely correct when it comes to gaining muscle while losing fat. I believe the ratio is 1lb of fat = 1.5lb muscle, but don't quote me on it.

I thought that as well but how is it possible that I gain muscle while my cals are so so low? "Wanna get big you gotta eat" "wanna lose weight gotta eat less" I always heard that, buts its a fckin crock. I mean **** Im so far below maintnece for me its ridic.!

My maint. cals were at 4K cals a day! And when I drop it by over 1K I start to gain?? UNderstand why Im all confused, less cals=more muscle???

ALso I mean guys I planned on losing 30lbs this cycle. I got a nice amt. of fat to lose so wouldnt my body be forced into buring it faster rather then puuting on muscle faster?

    Any ideas?

First rule in dieting(on or off gear)
Judge by the mirror, not by the scale

I stay off the scale unless I'm going to the doctors, becasue all it does is throw my whole train of thought off, when I either weigh a lot more than I thought, or a lot less. The latter is much worse is most cases though.lol

It's more about what calories/macros you eat, what they are comprised of, and when you consume them and the quantity of, that contributes to the look/results you will see.

Eating an assload to get muscle is stuck in the 80's as far as reasoning, seems like you're becoming very aware of that!

SwoleCat beat me to it... This is probably the case... Have your
BF% tested as you continue and you'll probably find this to be true...

Water weight could be disguising any body composition changes you have made. Cottage cheese is notorious for this. How much water are you drinking a day?

hey bro, one thing i noticed...for meal 5 you really should consider throwing in some complex carbs such as Oats, Yams or Brown Rice....your body is still in need of some glycogen to be restored that far after your workout and if you take in one serving of those carbs you will continue to replenish your glyc levels and not acrue any fat.
