what the f**K i need some advice bigtime
ok bros i am on my 6th week of my cycle which looks like this
week 1-4 d-bol 30mg ed
week1-10 sust. 500mgs ed
weel 1-10 eq 400mgs ed
at the begining of the cycle i was 180 with around 16 or 17% bf and now i am 195 and my bf has to be around 14-13% lol ?? but anyways this is my diet on weeks 1-4i wasn't paying that much attention to protien i knew i was around 300 gs ed but then found out iw as really taking in around 400 cause i wasn't paying attention to serving sizes on each meal on cans of tuna and such well now i am taking in around 300-350 and i am not gaining a bit i have been stuck at this weight for 2 weeks my carb intake is prob around 150 or lower a day my fat i have no clue i need some help bros i am soo confused and frustrated with myself any advice ???

Id up your carb intake to at least 300-400. You should be getting 100-150 in your pwo and ppwo. If your getting 400 pro, 150 carb, and say 50 fat thats only 2650 total cals and not enough for a bulker imo

any advice on good hi carbed foods to consume for my pwo and ppwo ??? right now all i eat pwo is a shake yogurt and oatmeal

youve got to remember as you gain weight, you'll need more calories. if your currently 195 you should be taking in about 2900-3000 cals a day for just maintanance. That's assuming your pretty active. Just tack on an extra 500 cals. to kick start the gaining process again.

All you need to add is about 1/3 of a cup of dextrose to your protein shake for pwo.
For more cabs potatoes, rice, vegetables, ect

like Ron said 1/3 cup detrose in your pwo shake and then maybe a sweet potato in your ppwo meal with 8oz. chicken breast. 1 more tip drink 32oz. water berfore bed so you wake up in the middle of the night to piss and drink another shake or eat something

I like chicken with brown rice and brocolii in my PPWO meal. But your bulking you can afford to be a little less strick than me

hey bros thanx for the tips i boosted carbs up too 300 give or take and most come from pwo and ppwo and i am taking in a lil more cals, since you guys helps i just broke 200 thx bros

Eat like an animal while on cycle that one thing that goes without saying, I NEVER go under 5000 calories a day sometimes ill push it up to 7000. It seems like alot but its not hard to do just time your meals and never skip. Buy a calorie book even, to count your calories, thats one of the best things i ever invested in. Good luck Bro.
